**The role**

One of our valued team members has been seconded to another role within our organisation and we're seeking an experienced recruiter to join us for a fixed term full time 12 month contract to manage the portfolio. Facilitating end to end recruitment for a number of key stakeholders, your primary focus will be on hiring high quality Disability Support Workers across NSW.

Key role responsibilities include:

- Day to day updates with stakeholders to manage expectations and conducting weekly/monthly progress reports/meetings
- Effectively utilise the Lifestyle Solutions workforce profiling and selection technologies and processes
- Establishing and maintaining a structured and up to date talent pipeline
- Maintaining an up-to-date talent dashboard within our applicant tracking system
- Ensuring both a high fill and retention rate as well as achieving stakeholder satisfaction standards

**About you**

Key selection criteria include:

- Demonstrated ability to professionally manage a high volume recruitment portfolio
- Demonstrated analytical ability (organisation needs, labour market and talent pipeline)
- Demonstrated ability to implement talent management strategies which suit the organisation's needs
- Experience with recruitment and talent management systems, approaches, technologies and methodologies
- Knowledge of the Human Services Sector (desirable)
- Ability to work in both proactive and reactive modes
