**Job Description**:
The main purpose of this role will be to support the ANZ region to lead a team to bring in amazingly talented people into our business to achieve our strategic and cultural aspirations.
You will also work collaboratively with the regional and global TA and HR leadership teams to develop and improve Management Information capability, at the same time providing reporting consistency across all ANZ business areas.
This role will require a high level of collaboration with key stakeholders and peers. It is essential that this role instils a level of consistency in approach and methodology with best practice methods being always utilised in line with AECOM’s regional and global standards. Above all, this role needs to engage, support and develop a team of passionate, talented and fun TA professionals who will walk over coals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a Talent Lead role within a multinational organisation with a strong focus on people management, operational delivery and excellence.
- Experience in leading large-scale recruiting functions covering multiple disciplines including both Early Careers and Experienced hiring
- Analytically strong approach to data, reporting and insights which leads to practical solutions and the right decision making.
- Has previously partnered with senior TA leads to deliver consistent results as a collective team.
- High appreciation and knowledge of recruitment ATS and HRIS systems and the metrics that are needed to story tell different elements of the recruitment funnel.
- Values the importance of clean data and can put measures in place to ensure our regional TA teams all work with real time and accurate data.
- Strong reporting skills with Microsoft Excel and appreciation of understanding MI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Has a real interest in process excellence e.g. Lean Six Sigma and is able to turn this into practical enhancements that complement our systems.
- Has a passion in refining and validating data, extracting and prioritising key insights and storytelling in a compelling way
- Champions and promotes ED&I within the business and to the external market, particularly focused on gender, LGBTQIA+, and indigenous representation. This includes a blended approach to Early Careers intakes that covers full representation of the market.
- Ability to be “hands on” and lead by example. This includes being able to develop successful campaigns, problem solve and be solutions orientated.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, problem solve and exercise judgement under time pressure
- Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to influence and engage internal stakeholders and the external market.
- Ability to work in the best interests of the business whilst remaining ethical and compliant, leading by example
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to broader HR agendas.
