About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven non-profit RTO, dedicated to providing inclusive learning opportunities for all. As a Community Partnerships Officer, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with community organisations, employment service providers, and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify training opportunities for priority cohorts.
  • Actively engage with community organisations to develop and promote products and services with a community focus.
  • Increase enrolments and place-based group training sessions through effective relationship-building and sales strategies.
  • Develop new partnerships through various channels, including attending forums, calling prospective leads, and holding face-to-face/virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM and activity reports accordingly.
  • Assist the wider internal sales team where required.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship/partnership growth, student recruitment, community engagement, or a similar environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organised, resilient, and collaborative in nature.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to engage and relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Previous education/RTO exposure or an understanding of VET compliance/pathways will be highly regarded.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience highly regarded.
