About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading non-profit organization in the education space, dedicated to providing inclusive and cost-effective learning opportunities for a wide range of individuals and organizations.

As a Community Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships and collaborations with community organizations, employment service providers, employers, and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify training opportunities for priority cohorts, including those who are marginalized or have limited access to services.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to develop and promote products and services with a community focus.
  • Increase enrolments and place-based group training sessions.
  • Develop new partnerships through various channels, such as attending forums, calling prospective leads, and holding face-to-face or virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM and activity reports accordingly.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship/partnership growth, student recruitment, community engagement, or a similar environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, resilient, and collaborative in nature.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to engage and relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Previous education/RTO exposure or an understanding of VET compliance/pathways will be highly regarded.
