
Compensation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of strategic reward solutions across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive remuneration strategies, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning and vendor relationship management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement global job family frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct job sizing activities to ensure accurate compensation planning and budgeting.
- Analyze annual salary survey data to provide high-quality benchmarking insights to the business.
- Provide expert counsel on performance, reward, and benefits policies, programs, and practices to People Leaders.
- Design and implement new reward and benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational needs.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance & Reward to deliver operational aspects associated with the annual cyclical performance and remuneration review.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a small team of Compensation Partners.
