Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and guardians to identify and address the unique needs of Aboriginal students
- Developing and implementing programs that promote cultural awareness, understanding, and respect
- Providing individualized support to students to enhance their engagement, motivation, and academic achievement
- Building relationships with local community groups and organizations to facilitate opportunities for Aboriginal students
