Job Summary

This leadership role oversees the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving cultural transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement operational control models to maximize performance and scalability.
  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to understand customer feedback and address root causes through data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent knowledge of repair methods, AQA/Leakage measurement methodology, and OEM & Thatcham processes.
  • Demonstrated customer experience skills and ability to lead transformational change.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience in strategic planning, facilitation, liaison, time management, and team organization.
