Operations Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee Home Care & NDIS services across Australia. This role will drive expansion for a national provider, focusing on day-to-day operational management and strategic direction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage current portfolio and develop new services and options for people living at home.
  • Oversee business operations and drive expansion of the portfolio.
  • Lead regional performance and growth, and people leadership (direct reports).
  • Support recruitment and onboarding as the business grows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience driving operational outcomes.
  • Strong background in aged care, especially Home Care Packages.
  • Skilled at building scalable, profitable operations.
  • Resilient, proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
