Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our national services provider as we expand into Queensland.

  • Mobilize, recruit and manage a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics and field staff.
  • Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery to agreed KPIs.
  • Drive a productive and values-driven team culture from the ground up.
  • Streamline compliance and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee financial performance of the contract, including cost control, reporting and performance outcomes.

  • Energetic, engaging and highly responsive leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in managing contracts, projects or operations within construction, utilities or related industries.
