Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as an Operations Manager.

This key role is responsible for driving business outcomes, high performance, and accountability for results within centres. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing six centres in metropolitan Brisbane and working alongside Centre Directors and teams to uphold our commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations, EYLF, and NQS. They will also possess leadership and commercial experience, with experience managing Centre Directors desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing centre operations and ensuring compliance with national regulations and quality standards
  • Driving business outcomes and high performance across the group
  • Leading and supporting the opening of new centres
  • Developing, facilitating, and delivering training across the group

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Leadership and commercial experience
