Job Opportunity: Luxury Concierge Service

We are seeking a professional and charismatic individual to join our team as a Concierge in North Sydney.

Elevate the standards of residential developments with a luxury concierge service that brings a traditional hotel experience to residents.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of guest experiences, working alongside the Concierge Manager to maintain a thorough knowledge of services and facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents and their guests, assist with entry access, and attend to their needs as requested.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property's services and facilities.
  • Announce the arrival of any guests, couriers, service people, and obtain permission for access.
  • Arrange access to authorised persons, monitor CCTV cameras, and report any issues or unauthorised access.
  • Provide information and support to customers and visitors regarding amenities, transport, and places of interest within the building vicinity.
  • Report on lobby operations and service-offering, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideas.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with venue management and staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or premium customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional and personalised customer experiences.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sydney, its restaurants, bars, attractions, and events.
  • Availability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
