Job Opportunity: Coastal Luxury Concierge

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Concierge at a prestigious coastal hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a world-class environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Concierge in developing and delivering exceptional concierge service, including booking guest requests for restaurants and attractions, creating bespoke experiences, and assisting with luggage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid NSW Driver's license
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years experience in an upscale hotel/equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
  • Must speak fluent English with additional other languages preferred
