Job Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Director to lead our growth and go-to-market strategy. This role will drive new business initiatives, strengthen key relationships, and lead high-performing teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clear, effective strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams of Business Development professionals
  • Sell SaaS software solutions to the public sector
  • Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
Requirements
  • $120,000 - $180,000 per year
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to change and transformation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in global matrixed organisations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated passion for leading and developing world-class teams
