Equity Sales and Office Administrator

Wealth Management seeks an experienced sales assistant to support Institutional Equity Sales team in Melbourne. Estimated salary is $80,000-$100,000 per annum.
As a key point of contact for clients and the Institutional Sales team, you will provide general support with sales orders, meetings, and corporate events. Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Melbourne and Sydney teams on sales meetings and client interactions
- Managing the Melbourne Room calendar and coordinating bookings with Sydney team
- Assisting Corporate Access with marketing campaigns and updating CRM data
- Providing administrative support to the Melbourne office, including coordination of marketing campaigns and ad hoc client meetings
- Coordinating catering and venue booking for client lunches and dinners
- Ensuring meeting rooms and office areas are maintained
- Managing deliveries, office supplies, and IT requests
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Previous stockbroking or financial services industry experience
- Administrative and assistant experience
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with client relationship management systems
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
