Wealth Management seeks an experienced sales assistant to support Institutional Equity Sales team in Melbourne. Estimated salary is $80,000-$100,000 per annum.

As a key point of contact for clients and the Institutional Sales team, you will provide general support with sales orders, meetings, and corporate events. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Melbourne and Sydney teams on sales meetings and client interactions
  • Managing the Melbourne Room calendar and coordinating bookings with Sydney team
  • Assisting Corporate Access with marketing campaigns and updating CRM data
  • Providing administrative support to the Melbourne office, including coordination of marketing campaigns and ad hoc client meetings
  • Coordinating catering and venue booking for client lunches and dinners
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and office areas are maintained
  • Managing deliveries, office supplies, and IT requests

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous stockbroking or financial services industry experience
  • Administrative and assistant experience
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with client relationship management systems
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines
