Claims Professional

The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial property claims, building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and external stakeholders, negotiating the best possible claims outcome on behalf of third parties and clients, improving and implementing effective processes within team projects, and providing information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends to enable appropriate risk controls.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will have numerous opportunities for growth, development and internal movement available. You will be trained by experienced and supportive staff and be part of a supportive team culture with social events.
The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes, ideally within property claims, as well as high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.
