Claims Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced claims professional to manage claims and drive the settlement negotiation process on behalf of clients.
As a claims management specialist, you will work closely with our broking teams to ensure we deliver high-quality claims management services to clients and brokers managing industrial special risks and liability claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate settlements with clients and insurers.
- Meet service levels set out in client service agreements or claims unit standards.
- Respond to queries from clients and brokers.
- Analyze claims trends and prepare reports.
- Attend client meetings and maintain relationships with contacts.
Requirements:
- Exhibit expertise and knowledge in managing industrial special risks and liability claims across a broad range of clients.
- Hold Tier 1 ANZIIF qualification or have a strong background in claims management.
- Have technical knowledge and claims analysis skills.
