Our team is seeking a skilled Claims professional to manage a diverse portfolio of claims, delivering successful outcomes and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in claims management, specifically in managing Group and Retail claims. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to claims resolution.
This role involves end-to-end claims management, including rehabilitation and setting effective claims strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Significant experience in claims management, preferably in a Group or Retail environment
- Strong financial and medical claims management techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
- Proactive approach to claims resolution and customer service
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
