About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support and Service Coordinator to join our National Customer Support Centre in Lane Cove, NSW.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

You will work closely with our field technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate service requests, including scheduling, equipment entry, and order management
  • Handle warranty processes, coordinate installations, and provide product and services information
  • Address daily inquiries, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer requests
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, and order management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to take ownership and ensure outcomes are met
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics D365 is preferred
  • Previous experience in the Scientific or Medical industry is preferred
