We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Event Coordinators to join the team. We have two great opportunities that are location based
- The Locker Room, Sydney Olympic Park and Head Office, Lane Cove.

Reporting to the General Manager and Head of Sales & Events, as an Event Coordinator you are responsible for but not limited to:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from inception to execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for guests
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand event goals, objectives, and target audience to create event strategies and plans
- Liaise with clients in the lead up to, during and following their function or event
- Coordinate event logistics, including registration, audio-visual setup, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare, manage and facilitate event activities as well as following up with client post event
- Oversee on-site event management, including setup, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless event experience
**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or event and functions operations
- Experience using SevenRooms or Ivvy advantageous
- Possession of impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- The ability to work a varied roster including weekends and evenings
- Immaculate presentation paralleled with the service delivery
- Professional, driven & strong team player
- Individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
