The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Base Administrator. This is a permanent full-time role based at Melbourne Airport, where you will provide administrative support to our Manager, Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Leadership Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for our VIC and SA bases, responding to a broad range of queries in a timely manner
  • Communicating crew performance and operational concerns to relevant stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support to our Cabin Crew leaders (Crew Performance Managers)
  • Building positive working relationships with key stakeholders as a critical representative of our Customer Experience team
  • Assisting with and becoming a key point of contact for transactional cabin crew queries
  • Verification of expense claims and invoices
  • Providing advice and resolution on payroll related issues and acting as first point of contact in resolving payroll queries
  • Follow up and approval of requests for various entitlements or benefits for our Cabin Crew
  • Providing general administrative support as required

We are looking for an individual with a passion for working with a large number of stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high level computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
