Customer Support Coordinator

Textron Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on aircraft parts and maintenance.
- Work closely with other Textron Aviation teams to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Monitor customer accounts for Parts Availability Request (PAR) status and perform release verification as needed.
- Collaborate with the customer to identify and prioritize training needs, providing quality standards training to employees.
- Identify and initiate training resulting from workmanship-related issues.
- High school education or equivalent, plus general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading.
- 5+ years of relative aftermarket, customer service, or manufacturing experience required.
- Aircraft experience is beneficial.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze illustrated parts catalogs, overhaul manuals, and aircraft engine manuals.
- Working knowledge of US export/import regulations and trade agreements.
