Job Description

The role of Senior Human Resources Professional is a pivotal position within our organization. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.

You will provide expert HR advisory services to stakeholders across the School, supporting them in achieving their goals and objectives. Your positive, timely, customer service approach will ensure that all interactions are professional and respectful.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner role
  • Well-developed HR advisory skills, customer service approach, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
