Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide's most iconic and commercially successful venues - Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.

AVM currently has an exceptional opportunity for a suitably experienced and qualified senior human resources professional and leader to join its team as General Manager Human Resources. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as part of the senior management team, this position is an integral contributor to the overall success of the business through the effective management of all human resources functions.

The position will suit someone with a proven track record of success at senior management level in a large public corporation and/or commercial environment. Extensive experience and knowledge of industrial relations, enterprise agreements, legislative frameworks, WHS and contemporary human resources practices are essential.

Having given 25 years' of outstanding service, the incumbent retires from AVM having established contemporary and robust structures, systems and policies.
