We are seeking a senior human resources professional to join our team in driving business performance and growth through effective people practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the people agenda, leading organisational change initiatives and supporting business leaders in managing employee issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth.
  • Employee Relations: Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations and case management in alignment with company values and policies.
  • Industrial Relations: Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with overall industrial strategy.
  • Organisational Change: Lead the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
