About the Role
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR systems, databases, and communication channels to support business operations.
  • Provide expert advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in human resources, preferably within an educational or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field, and relevant certification (e.g., CHRP).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
