Job Overview

This role will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, ensuring business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on AWM organisation products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support S&N AWM in the territory on a range of products as needed.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule aligned with sales strategies.
  • Evaluate operating efficiencies, including assistance with managing S&N devices within accounts.
  • Maintain customer profiles and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on in-service programmes, workshops, and seminars for customers.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and activities.
  • Read medical and trade journals related to product responsibilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science-related fields.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent desirable.
  • Proven experience in medical fields and theatre settings.
  • Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
