Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers innovative solutions for treating abnormal heart rhythms. Our focus is on disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional EP products.
A Day in The Life
Our Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio is expanding, and we are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team based in Adelaide or Melbourne. Reporting to the Service and Education Manager Cardiac Ablation Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of sales and clinical support professionals and promote highly disruptive and market-leading electrophysiology products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
- Enabling the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers through providing technical in-services, education, and presentations.
- Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business.
- Supporting sales and marketing programs with specific complementary activities as provided by the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership and Marketing teams.
- Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership.
- Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
- Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research team.
Must Have:
- Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Interstate travel required up to 25%, valid driver's license, and own transport required.
