Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a medical device industry or hospital environment, with exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for supporting Masimo products, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain expert-level knowledge of Masimo technology and products
  • Coordinate equipment needs for implementations with the ANZ Clinical Manager
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities and OEM partners to ensure successful product transitions
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to meet or exceed their expectations
  • Prioritize and plan independently, as well as with sales and CS team members, to meet company goals and attain customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Consult with healthcare partners and clinicians to identify solutions that deliver optimal care at a lower cost
  • Work with account managers to develop and execute strategies to support customer initiatives
  • Perform special projects as assigned
  • Additionally perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant clinical setting
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (50% or more)
