We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical guidance and technical expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
About Cardiac Ablation SolutionsCardiac Ablation Solutions offers innovative cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our team is dedicated to disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional EP products.
A Day in the LifeAs a Clinical Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of sales and clinical support professionals to promote highly disruptive and market-leading electrophysiology products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
- Enabling the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers through technical in-services, education, and presentations.
- Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business.
- Supporting sales and marketing programs with specific activities as provided by the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership and Marketing teams.
- Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership.
- Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
- Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Interstate travel up to 25% and a valid driver's license.
