A Day in the Life

As a Clinical Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of sales and clinical support professionals to promote highly disruptive and market-leading electrophysiology products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
  • Enabling the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers through technical in-services, education, and presentations.
  • Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business.
  • Supporting sales and marketing programs with specific activities as provided by the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership and Marketing teams.
  • Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
  • Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership.
  • Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
  • Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
  • Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Interstate travel up to 25% and a valid driver's license.
