Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures are followed and incidents are reported accordingly.
  • Strip pumps and motors as required.
  • Revised stripped items and confirm they are fit for purpose before passing them on to other areas for further work.
  • Assist with basic machining tasks as required.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively advise on any safety issues or suggestions.
  • Communicate part issues promptly to ensure issues are dealt with accordingly.
Requirements
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident.
  • Proven mechanical knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and reliability.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Forklift license.
