Job Title: Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor
">">- Lead and supervise daily operations of the stewarding team
- Manage rosters, delegate tasks, and handle administrative duties
- Train and support team members to uphold professional standards and kitchen requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas and ensure team compliance
- Ensure all food safety and WHS protocols are followed at all times
- Oversee care and maintenance of dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools
- Keep kitchen storerooms clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
About You: We are seeking an experienced candidate who has previous experience in a senior stewarding role within a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume F&B environment.

">- A strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate must be able to meet high service, safety, and quality benchmarks.
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster is required.
