Lead Stewarding Team Supervisor Job

This position requires a highly skilled professional to oversee the stewarding team and ensure top-tier service in our F&B operations.

  • Manage daily team operations and delegate tasks effectively
  • Train and support team members to maintain professional standards and kitchen requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas and enforce compliance
  • Ensure food safety and WHS protocols are followed at all times
  • Oversee the maintenance of dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools
  • Keep storerooms organized and well-maintained
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

About You:

You will need previous experience in a senior stewarding role within a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume F&B environment, strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and WHS standards, and the ability to meet high service, safety, and quality benchmarks.

A flexible roster and a motivated, reliable attitude are essential for this role.
