Senior Kitchen Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of the Neil Perry team, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in ensuring efficient kitchen operations, particularly during peak service times.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining smooth preparation and service delivery, running sections in the absence of senior chefs, and taking ownership of designated areas to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in preparing and presenting all menu items.
In addition to your culinary expertise, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate closely with the front-of-house team.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (Certificate III Commercial Cookery).
- Current Food Handling Certification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen, preferably with fine-dining presentation and cooking styles.
- Able to work across a rotating roster, with full availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required.
