Job OverviewAs an experienced kitchen stewarding supervisor, you will lead and supervise the daily operations of the stewarding team, ensuring seamless support to our Food and Beverage services. Your role will be critical in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the stewarding team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage rosters, delegate tasks, and handle administrative duties with precision.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold professional standards and kitchen requirements.
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas and ensure team compliance.
- Ensure adherence to rigorous food safety and Workplace Health and Safety protocols at all times.
- Oversee the maintenance and care of dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools.
- Ensure kitchen storerooms are organized, clean, and well-maintained.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Previous experience in a senior stewarding position within a high-volume Food and Beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP) and Workplace Health and Safety standards.
- Proven ability to meet stringent service, safety, and quality benchmarks.
- Flexible availability for a rotating 7-day roster.
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
