Executive Culinary Director Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced and motivated culinary leader to step into a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic, high-volume kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume environment, with strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods. A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, train and retain staff is essential, as well as strong operational skills, including experience managing food costs and suppliers.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times. This will involve overseeing daily operations, managing supplier relationships, and monitoring food costs to achieve budget targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters and ensuring efficient service during peak trade.

Collaboration with senior leadership is also crucial, as the Executive Culinary Director will work closely to develop menus that delight loyal guests and attract new diners. Fostering a positive, respectful work environment aligned with the venue's core values of trust, integrity, continuous improvement and community is also vital.
