About the Role

The Concierge Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests and visitors. They will be highly experienced in all operational aspects of a Concierge department, including responding to guest requests, leading a team, and coordinating staff issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests with a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Manage the daily operations of the concierge department, including supervision of the bell desk, driveway, and car park
  • Train, motivate, and update the local knowledge of our concierge team members
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive team performance
  • Stay up-to-date with local events and activities to enhance the guest experience
  • Have a thorough understanding of transportation options and routes in the area
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times
  • Become a member of the Golden Keys Society / Les Clefs d'Or Australia to stay current with industry best practices
  • Possess a valid Qld Manual driver's license

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of experience within the Concierge profession
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
  • Show a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
