About This Role
Job OverviewThe Administration Support Officer is a key team member in the FIC Legal Services department, reporting directly to the Legal Services Manager. Their primary responsibilities involve assisting legal officers with various tasks and providing administrative support as needed.
- Support legal officers with drafting correspondence, handling phone calls, and completing administrative tasks related to fund payments.
- Assist with drafting memoranda regarding potential payment delays and provide support for payments out of Court.
- Contribute to general administrative tasks, including drafting documents and orders, as directed by senior legal officers.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Disability Services would be an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality services are essential.
- A sound understanding of administrative functions and office practices is necessary.
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook are required.
