Job Overview

The People, Culture and Safety Advisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's culture and ensuring a safe working environment.

This diverse and challenging position requires an experienced HR generalist to provide support and guidance on all facets of people, culture, and safety across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional managers to deliver employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and workplace health & safety initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables across people, culture, and safety functions
  • Develop tailored professional development pathways to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
  • Work with the leadership team to drive cultural transformation and ensure alignment with organizational values and mission
  • Support the implementation of policies, contracts, and information systems that promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workplace health & safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a commitment to driving cultural transformation and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
