Cultural Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Professional to lead our team's Culture and People initiatives. As a champion of culture, you will ensure that our organization remains a positive work environment where people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and advise managers across multiple regions on all facets of culture and people management.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
- Advise on change management, learning and development opportunities, information systems, policies, contracts, and workplace health & safety.
- A confident and empathetic approach to engaging with internal stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables across all facets of culture and people management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
