The Role

As a strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and rolling out significant projects to meet our core objectives.

You will provide guidance, coaching, support, advice and feedback to managers on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing and safety.

Requirements
  • Experience as a People & Culture leader in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and industrial relations
