Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Culture and Safety Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, culture, and safety.

About the Role

This role involves partnering with managers across multiple regions to provide support and advice on all aspects of people, culture, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, change management, learning and development opportunities, management of information systems, policies, contracts, and workplace health & safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on people, culture, and safety matters
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage conflicts and escalate issues as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to people, culture, and safety
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and efficient
