
Injury Management Specialist

A pivotal role in ensuring timely support and accurate entitlements awaits you as a key player in our organization's injury management and return to work processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective injury management and return to work processes, with a focus on timely interventions.
- Develop return to work procedures, including suitable duties lists, toolkits, and guides, to ensure seamless employee transitions.
- Provide early intervention strategies to support prompt return to work, leveraging your knowledge of HSE, Injury Management, and Return to Work case management.
- Manage complex and escalated claims, including arranging independent medical assessments to inform sound business decisions.
- Liaise with insurers, regulators, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Offer advice and coaching to managers on return to work obligations and best practices, empowering them to drive positive change.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate injury-related wage payments, streamlining administrative processes.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure appropriate return to work planning, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of governance and ethics.
- Conduct audits on return to work processes and recommend improvements, driving continuous quality enhancement.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HSE, Injury Management, and Return to Work case management, with the ability to implement, maintain, and monitor relevant systems.
