Strategic Customer Insights Specialist

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic customer growth opportunities, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Framing the problem, forming a hypothesis, conducting analysis, collaborating cross-functionally, interpreting results, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Creating high-level actionable plans to implement strategic customer growth opportunities and partnering with relevant teams for effective implementation.
  • Performing ad-hoc pieces of analysis on customer topics to meet the needs of the business and brands.
  • Contributing to the preparation of executive-level reporting on the customer and commercial domains.

Key Capabilities:

We are looking for an individual with a strong strategic background, structured problem-solving skills, and a curious mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting or strategy team at a high-performing organisation.
  • Leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interrogate data, spot opportunities, synthesise data, and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at mid-senior level (up to 'Head of') of the organisation, with occasional presentation opportunities at senior levels (e.g. GM/MD level, ELT).
