Senior Customer Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team. As an Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in translating customer data into strategic marketing insights that drive performance within our client.
About the JobThe successful candidate will use SQL as their core skill to extract and analyse customer data from various platforms. They will uncover trends, segment opportunities, and inform campaign personalisation by synthesising insights from multiple sources.
Main Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Use SQL to access, transform, integrate, and analyse customer data from across the enterprise.
- Customer Understanding: Understand how customers use and experience products and services and how this translates into data via business systems.
- Insight Development: Interrogate available data to develop customer insights and meaningful reporting that is strategically aligned and relevant to the business.
- Business Partnership: Partner with clients to identify and pursue opportunities to increase value from the customer base based on available data and insights.
- Analytics Projects: Support and contribute to key analytics projects, including engaging with stakeholders to define and agree project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Campaign Evaluation: Apply experiment design approaches to Test & Learn campaigns to identify what drives the best result and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Documentation: Prepare minimum sufficient documentation and evidence for insights.
- Communication: Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way to support an understanding of key data and insights and the implications for marketing.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insights Analyst or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in coding in SQL and working with Relational Databases to manipulate data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experience establishing processes to build and run marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
