Job Title: Customer Insights Specialist
Key Responsibilities- Leverage research findings to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and lead end-to-end customer research projects to deliver actionable insights for service design and organisational performance.
- Transform complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in customer research and be able to translate findings into actionable insights. They will also be able to develop research plans that address strategic questions and deliver high-quality outputs for decision-making and service improvement.
This is a part-time role with 0.8 FTE working hours. The successful candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve common goals.
