About the Program
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Allied Health degree-qualified professional to join our team as a Group Facilitator for our six-week program, Wisemen: The Warrior Within.
This transformative initiative is designed to support men in overcoming personal barriers, building resilience, and developing sustainable pathways for personal growth. Sessions are delivered twice a week in Frankston, providing participants with a consistent and supportive environment to reflect, learn, and grow.
The Role
As a Group Facilitator, you will:
Lead engaging and structured group sessions that blend storytelling, psychoeducation, reflection, and goal setting.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment where participants feel valued and heard.
Draw on your allied health expertise to help participants build resilience and practical strategies for change.
Collaborate with the Pure Insights team to ensure high-quality program delivery and participant outcomes.
About You
You are an allied health professional (e.g. Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline) who is:
Experience in group facilitation, therapeutic programs, or psychosocial interventions, with an understanding of the employment services sector and participant barriers.
Strong ability to manage group dynamics with empathy, adaptability, and professionalism.
High-level problem-solving skills and confidence in thinking on your feet.
A resilient, proactive, and 'go-getter' attitude with the drive to create meaningful impact.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust, engagement, and inclusion, with a genuine passion for supporting men to build purposeful futures.
