We're seeking a proactive individual to lead our client relationships and develop strategic partnerships. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to build trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop existing relationships with key clients.
- Build strong and consultative relationships with researchers from various client types.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality project management for key clients.
- Handle budgets, costs, revenue, and margin reporting.
- Establish and build new client relationships.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Client-service or account-management experience
- Knowledge of pricing and negotiation.
- Experience in building and handling client relationships
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
