Our Centre
Captain Bligh Early Learning Centre is currently seeking an enthusiastic educator who is Diploma or Cert 3 but working towards Diploma to come on board and be part of our fun team.
This purpose-built centre in the Hawkesbury area has a supportive Director, who puts the need of the children, families and their staff first. The centre has great resources, state-of-the-art teaching equipment and programming methods.
This is a part time position, 3 days a week.
**About this role**:
As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:
- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents
- **What we are looking for**:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Cert 3 but studying towards Diploma qualification.
- Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
- A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
