**About the role**:
Memmott's Automotive is seeking a vibrant and friendly bookkeeper receptionist who will be responsible for the day to day data entry and customer relations at our Grange or Windsor workshop. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring all daily accounting tasks are are completed as-well as clear communication between the customers and staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a successful company with a history of stability and a culture of quality.

**Key Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Management of workshop software and booking of appointments
- Data entry of all invoicing and supplier accounts
- Taking payments with cash and EFTPOS Basic accounting tasks (Xero)
- Quoting on repairs Performing necessary administrative duties
- Meeting and greeting of all clients in a friendly and approachable manner

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 Years’ experience as a bookkeeper or receptionist
- Computer data entry using accounting software (ie, Xero, MYOB) - _preferred_
- Ability to work within time constraints and meet deadlines.
- A basic understanding of light vehicles and common maintenance terminology - _preferred_

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
