HR Coordinator Role Summary

This full-time HR Coordinator role offers the chance to have a significant impact in a leading global food technology company. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR generalist activities including onboarding, engagement, performance, development and HR operations.

The role supports the People & Culture plan through hands-on delivery and coordination across various HR initiatives. You'll act as the first point of contact for employee queries and be instrumental in managing the HR inbox.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR inbox as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR data with accuracy
  • Supporting the implementation of key HR initiatives and projects
  • Assisting across all HR sub-functions including onboarding, learning & development, performance and engagement
  • Partnering with Payroll, Workforce Planning, and WHS to support compliance and process improvements
  • Providing general HR administrative support including reporting and documentation
  • Assisting with system updates and implementation (e.g., Workday)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a generalist HR role ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, ER/IR and WHS
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (Workday desirable)
